ISO 9001 Certificate

DSV has a quality system certificate ISO 9001:2015 granted by Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy, confirming that DSV actions are customer-oriented and that we develop the quality of our operations systematically.

The basic structure of ISO 9001 consists of management responsibilities and resource management, as well as process management and measurement, analyzing and progressing (internal and external auditions, process monitoring, constant progress).

the certificate is valid until 29 January 2022.
